I ordered shoes that were stolen from… I ordered shoes that were stolen from my mail room as fedex driver did not attempt to contact me even though I was home all day. I tried to call their 1800-361-1983 throughout their business day and unable to talk to anyone but they respond fast by their customer support form and it's been back and forth for 3 days now and I keep requesting to speak to a Supervisor. I've been doing customer service for 30 years and this is by far the worst I've seen about helping the customer. Also this is the first time a package has been stolen from online shopping. They make you feel its your fault that the package is stolen when as a customer you are trying to support online business. Well never again. Date of experience: March 02, 2021
